Jehuda Reinharz to Step Down as President of Brandeis University

Earlier this evening in an e-mail to the Brandeis Community, President Reinharz announced his intention to resign as the President of Brandeis University. He will continue to serve as President up until June 30, 2011 at which point his successor will assume his duties. No announcement has been made as to who President Reinharz's successor will be.

September co-op day
As you all know, DJs are required to perform three hours of co-op every month in order to remain in good standing with the club. We've tended to organize a Co-Op Day on the last Sunday of every month, with free pizza provided by Cappy's (one of our underwriters). This month, due to the holidays, we did it a little earlier. Many members came to do work, chill with other folks, review new CDs, reshelve old CDs, clear out the music room, and more. Here's just a few shots of what it looked like:
