She has been the host of Rep Your State since 2009, and is currently digging Stars, Brand New, Kanye West, and Bombay Bicycle Club. Alex enjoys: a good pair of headphones, pictures of animals doing silly things, movie soundtracks, Batman, and over-quoting movie/tv show lines.

Tech Director

Diego Medrano is currently serving as WBRS’ tech director. Don’t let the innocent façade fool you though, underneath that cocoa brown skin lies a heart made of twisting gears, silly putty, live rabbits, and yarn holding it all together. Take that how you will. Furthermore no one actually knows Diego’s major in Brandeis, and there’s a credible rumor going around he’s at least 1/16th some sort of nationality. The only thing that matters is that this guy is always on – seriously.

Programming Director

Daniel Hammerschlag is a Brandeisian Junior, majoring in both Film studies and Buisness, minoring in Philosophy and South Asian studies . Getting involved with the WBRS live music department in the Fall of his freshman year, he then joined e-board as Chief Announcer. He is a big advocate of talk radio on WBRS and if you want to get a better time slot, he can be bribed with chewy oatmeal raisin cookies.

His hobbies include playing Ultimate Frisbee, sculpture, looking boss, and really good-stick-to-your-ribs lunch.

The rest is history. If you’re interested in promoting your community event on WBRS, please feel free to contact me!
