NBA Playoff Preview: Nuggets vs. Lakers

(Click on the image above to magnify)
Overview:
The Lakers started the year with Kobe Bryant complaining about the roster, and then a couple months into the season the Lakers were playing well, and Andrew Bynum had become a force. However, Bynum became injured, and at the trade deadline the Lakers acquired Pau Gasol to compliment Lamar Odom in the front court. The Bynum-less Lakers then went on to post the best record in the Western Conference, behind a rejuvenated Kobe Bryant, production from Gasol and Odom, as well as consistent production from the bench.
The Nuggets are the 8 seed in the West, but just 7 games separate them from the Lakers. Denver has had a very good offensive season led by Iverson and Anthony, while Marcus Camby put in a very good season as his career winds down. The Nuggets haven't really been able to stop anybody from scoring this season, which is trouble given the offensive fire power the Lakers possess and that guy named Kobe Bryant.
Prediction: Lakers in 5
