How Joe Buck Would Call Home Run #756
Joe Buck appeared on the Dan Patrick Show yesterday and was asked how he would call Barry Bonds' 756th Home Run. Not only does the fictitious call express his true feelings about Bonds breaking the record, but after hearing the clip I was extremely surprised to find out that Joe Buck actually has a sense of humor. Definitely worth a listen.

somehow, sarcasm aside, i imagine the level of excitement wouldn't be much different if say a pujols broke the record
meanwhile, mike patrick would probably have a heart attack calling the shot
I loved Patrick's reaction... "Man, I feel like I'm there." :D
How JOe BUck would really announce: Fly ball to right, NUMBER 756 IS IN McCovey Cove! Barry Bonds, who is more of a disgrace to sports than Randy Moss, has made history, albeit as tainted as my career when Randy Moss pretended to drop his drawers. Bonds is in the record books, and speaking of book, 2 minnesota viking players were arrested last night....................
That way, Tim McCarver can Shut Up!
Pretty stupid actually - I used to like Joe Buck but now.....
Why everyone is making such a big deal out of steroids when most NFL players take drugs during, after and before every game.....Bonds is a great hitter and by getting stronger - he hits em 450 feet instead of 435- Wow. What a difference.....
